Physic In Their Elements from the very problematic misspellings in Backlash's Story. I'm thinking something like Jonathon Coulton's Mandlebrot Set, but without the mathematical accuracy.

Trenchcoat Martens, playing such songs as "What the hell are you?" flying in from the Chess badfic, to the tune of The Who's "Who Are You".

I think it might help kick-start things if you gave us a few examples yourself. It's your idea, after all. {= )

That said, Barid and I DID have some fun coming up with band names based on stuff in C*l*br**n, but I'm not sure we should post them on this supposedly family-safe Board. ^_^;
