Yesterday in the chat there was a discussion about the physiology of Centaurs.
We came up with a lot of things and I offered to draw a few sketches. Credit for this goes mostly to July and The Trojanhorse, as both had important suggestions on different aspects of the physiology.
Here's the link:
Very nice work. I certainly did your research here, though I wouldn't know, not knowing anything about horse biology...
Whoops, that should be "You certainly did your research here". That's what I get for not paying attention...
The horse portion seems a bit short in the back to me in all three, but otherwise very thoughtful. You might be interested in this: http://sparkyart.deviantart.com/art/Anatomy-of-an-Andalite-2-29701130
There's also one in black and white, but I prefer this.
Also, I have +devWatched you. {= )

I was rather mesmerized by the skeleton one... :D
Sad that I missed that discussion. I'm not in chat as often as I might wish, sadly.
Those drawings are positively stunning. Congratulations on doing them, on doing them so quickly, and on doing them so well.

That's awfully nice of you to say. *blushes and bows* Thank you.

Those are nice! If we don't have a Centaur page on the Wiki, I suggest making one and sticking those in, as they'd be very helpful for sporkers and ficwriters alike.
I guess. It might be useful for 'verses with centaurs in them. But then there is always the fact that this is only my idea of how Centaurian physiology works, and most authors have said nothing about it in their books. So that is effectively something hard to spork, unless there are really big things where more or less everyone knows: That cannot be.
Another link, should there be problems:
