I'm in the middle of writing the Guide to the PPC / FAQ for Newbies, and just for fun, I'm including a mention of some of the stranger weapons some agents choose to use. Unfortunately, the wiki isn't much help here as there is no list of actual weapons. So would you guys mind tossing at me any unusual weapons your agents have used during the course of The Duty? I already have Trojie's exorcism bell and Honu Wahine's ice pick.
Also, please give any more newbie questions you've been able to think up. I always feel like I'm missing something.
(A draft will be up for critque as soon as I'm done writing it.)
Or three, actually. Rose/Ross use (respectively) a fencing sabre that she shaved down to be faster, and consequently more cutty (but less stabby), and a staff pen (Complete with a stabbing-sharp Speedball No. 2 nib) which he carries everywhere. Also, 20lbs of naval brass in the form of the bell off of their grandfather's yacht. This serves half the time as an exorcism tool, half the time... not. *pushes a bell-dented Sue-corpse under a table, whistling innocently*

I was particularly looking for weapons that agents take with them regularly. Ah, well. It doesn't matter.
I've just been given a gold-plated egg whisk, and as soon as I am an agent, I plan to use it. So does it count?
I still want to used jarate on one of my missions...if I can do any missions
I've already been to that page, but thanks anyway :)
Response centre names and Make-Things stuff - check. Featured Agents could be interesting; I'll have to see if I can work that in. I hadn't thought about formatting or point-of-view, but that and tense are worth noting. Thank you!
Uses a sledgehammer. It was unique when I decided on it, not sure if it is anymore.
I didn't know/remember about yours, 'cause I gave Agent Derik one. Of course, his used to be a Mary-Sue until she stepped into the Reality Room with her stupid name and description...
I can't decide whether or not it's going to become sentient.

Well, all I was after was some weapons that you wouldn't usually think of when you hear the word "assassinate" - a sledgehammer fits the bill fairly well. :)
Also, I love that reality room scene...
