Torchwood minis

The fic Trojie and I are currently killing with fire has a couple of minis - Grey, Iamto, and Inato. Do these minis have owners? And is there a list of all known minis anywhere?

but I've seen Inato make an appearance in several other fics.

And Grey too, of course, because not everyone decides to look up whether it is Gray or Grey.
