One of my friends wrote this, inspired by the utter loathing instilled in him by being forced by his toddler son to sit through endless showings of Thomas the Tank Engine.

That was hilarious.
Although I never got much exposure to the canon, what I did understand in this added up to a great work of parody.
Actually, I liked the scene at the end. For some reason, the idea that Sir Topham Hatt is some kind of mad scientist who created all those sentient trains almost vaguely makes sense to me...
Oh dear.
For a fanfiction used against its fandom, I think it's quite good. It was epic win. XD

I didn't get past the warnings. Please tell me it's a parody.
And also rather brain-safe - the mental images any PPCer would come up with given those warnings (or, say, the words "monkey", "grapefruit", and "ostentacious") are quite a bit worse than the fic itself.
