...any suggestions for good places newbies could post any mission? I know I haven't got permission yet (computer and internet problems), but I figure it's worth asking.
People used to use fanfiction.net before the Original Series got kicked off. Nowadays, most people either build their own site with Freewebs or some other free webhosting service, or they use LiveJournal. The latter can publish to the PPC LJ group, which is here: http://community.livejournal.com/the_ppc/
Other than that, I guess you'd have to ask someone to host your stuff for you.

Lord of the Rings movie font: right here. There's some other cool ones in "Various" as well.
Tonnes of badass LotR fonts go here. 8D
There are also some gorgeous old-fashioned handwriting ones here and Celtic-ish fantasy-like ones here.
*goes on downloading spree*
I like the Hobbiton Brush Hand especially.
That's one of my favourites, alongside the Bilbo one and the one that looks like it's from the maps.
I made one. From a dingbat from that fonts site and devART stock. ^^ ... There's a bit of an issue with the tiling yet, as you can see the edge, but hopefully I'll figure out how to fix that in time. 'Course, if you want to have a crack at it, that's cool too. ^^
Which one is the one that looks like it's from the maps?
And the border between tiles is actually pretty subtle. I spent a while going "wait, edge? There's an edge? Did she fix it since typing that?". XD
I was thinking of this font. Kinda map-writing-like, right?
It's most noticeable near the dragons. I've since figured out what I should've done in the first place, so it will be repaired (probably after dinner).
Ahh, yes. That's nicely done, too--it's got all the various punctuation-y bits and pieces. A lot of fonts don't. *downloads*
Actually, what I propose is making a new website for all of this stuff, so that multiple people can share the responsibilities of maintaining the site. That way, if somebody leaves, the site won't die, and we can expand it if we want to.
I'd be happy to get the ball rolling, if people are okay with using Tripod as a host. I've been using them for a long time and never had a problem. The URL would be http://ppc.tripod.com, unless someone else has a better idea.
~Neshomeh, who has also backed up a few things, including the Handbook, JAAKSONS, and SIELU.
Just to clarify, quite a while ago I saved a lot of random things, but in word documents, which means they'll have lost formatting and might have some other flaws. Either way, it's better than losing something entirely. So... is there a list somewhere?
My PPC folder is currently on a backup disc awaiting my new operating system, so I don't have it available right now. I'll get to it soon as I can. Shall I send you emails instead of discuss it here?
That's what I meant. Not much point to a communal website if I'm the only one taking care of it.
And, sure, e-mail is fine. {= )

Erm... no. Sorry. If I had the time and knew anything about websites, then I would, certainly, but I don't. I meant with getting all the data. Sorry :(
(Blame Windows7, Acer, and other computer screwups for the fact that I'm still separated from all my precious computer files. That's why I don't have access to them yet :( )
I'll send the files I've got to you.
You probably have it, but: exswyzie14 (AT) yahoo (DOT) com

That's weird... there's no reason it should be doing that. I'll try sending you something, then maybe you can reply to me.
