Story is 'Hey Blondie' a one piece fanfic by talabanana. Basically is about a girl whose daddy didnt love her, is a self taught musician who is proficient with three weapons and has a devil's fruit power. And is a staw hat pirate by chapter 3. And Zoro blushes. Still need to read more of it before i can get started writing and I have to create a persona for myself but Im claiming this fic

Just be aware that you need to be an active participant here at the Board for at least a month before you can apply for Permission to take on a PPC mission. Please read our wiki article on Permission for all the details.
In short, you can claim any mission you like, but you need to wait a month and get approval from a Permission Giver before you can write. It can be irritating, I know, but it protects the PPC itself. -
