Bleeprin being given to Elrond in TOS to erase the memories of molesting a Loli!Arwen!Sue... So I don't see why there should be any objection on the front of Bleepsinth... *shrug* just my thoughts...
How would one go about neuralyzing a character who, in this particular version of canon, may or may not actually have eyes? Said character will need urgent treatment for two bullet wounds to the spine acquired at point-blank range and possible infection brought on by some charlatan Sue's "healing" of such, so is it possible that Medical would be able to neuralyze him? Without taking his mask off? Perhaps intravenously?
V. I mean... V. Brain go boom. The Sue is basically a female version of him, the plot consists of him getting hurt and her saving him, then her getting hurt and him saving her, then she gets raped, then she drags him to a party... Aargh?
that's almost as weird as a plot where Kane dies. It's just not things that go together.
She wears a mask too, you know that? And she is besmirching the sacred name of Tarja Turunen by calling herself "NightWish". And she sings ruins a song by Tatu, too. And her spelling and grammar are atrocious. And she's as much of a poseur as Ebony/Enoby Dark'Ness Dementia Raven/Tara Way. And she makes the Head stupid. And she performs several epic You Fail Biology Forevers. And she refers to sex as "you-know-what". And she turns V into an idiot, a wimp, a Cockney, and the muffin man, in that order. I could go on.
I would suggest Bleepsinthe. It seems to be fairly effective.
I'm pretty sure we're not supposed to feed canon characters things that shouldn't exist anywhere, let alone in their canon. ^_~

I suppose as long as the character never found out what was in it, it might not kill them. It just goes against the grain to me because of the principles of Despatch, which I think was contemporary with the original series.
Still, I guess it's a matter of personal preference.
