And, for the record, the very idea of an Internet marketing elite is laughable. Yes, it's a massive market for merchandising, but the majority of the stuff that does get marketed on the Internet is stuff that no one man would EVER want to attach their name to. Certainly not without several aliases in front of it.

- writing single digit numbers in numerals instead of words
