Apparenlty not even small, obscure fandoms like V.I.P are safe from the Sueness..*cries...What possses someone to write such such crap is beyond me? I admit Im shipper and I can believe any ship if its written well..But Instalove or instasecks no...Gah...Anyway its not awful but its bad...
http://www.fanfiction.net/s/5158328/1/HappyBirthdayNikki-its really more boring than anything..But why she thought she could write such tripe is just..Maybe my canon-nazi self coming out,but if you dont even know how old someone is and choose to complely ignore a stated canon-love interest in favor your own is ridiculous...I need to make up A PPC charge list for V.I.P...

Well, the Department of Mary Sues has a Sub-Department of Rare Fandoms, though that only applies to Sue-fics, of course.
And I know what you mean...some of my favourite fandoms are small ones. (Richard Sharpe, anyone? At least I haven't found any badfic yet. If I ever find a Sharpe Sue she will DIE). -

I cracked up at that scene in "The Fellowship of the Ring" where Boromir is handling the shards of Narsil and cuts himself. "Still sharp(e)." *g*
I have not, sadly, read series. I read the first one, but after that I got distracted by other things, and now my dad's bookshelf is hundreds of miles away.
