There are several non PPC-OFU-Livejournal affiliated websites and organizations that tackle badfic. I don't know most of their names, but I have heard of Project A.F.T.E.R. (im currently following the link, thanks!).
It looks like there are others who share our love of humor and good writing by bashing those not worthy of the term, "writing". (It only targets badfics of the anime sort, unfortunately. I would like more who target bad Harry Potter.)
