It's properly spelled "Carue", I think, but Karoo is an alternate way it's been seen. Which makes me wonder why they'd use it as a name...
Whenever you have the chance is fine. And since the fic focuses mostly on the Stu and the five core Strawhats (and Chopper), I'd say you have sufficient knowledge. It mentions Robin, Franky, and Brook, but they're pretty much cameo appearances.
I'm looking for betas of any sort for my most recent mission. Knowledge of the anime/manga One Piece is a bonus but not really required.
