I see. Exactly how did Winston subdue him? A simple punch surely wouldn't be enough...

Get it while it's hot! Nice, steamy mission! Last mission was basically all plot; this one's the reverse, just classic mission, complete with gratuitous violence, cannibalism, things behaving strangely due to writing errors, and malfunctioning CADs, the first time I've written them!
There's also a bit of character development in here, explaining the various things that make Chliever tick (in some cases quite literally) and what happens when he loses control of himself. You'll also notice Winston start to come into his own a bit, including making his own calls when to charge. I tried to take some of Sara's advice in her "how to write better" thread to heart, but I've been planning on doing this for a while, so, nobody think they forced me, okay?
Also, they bring back much unacanonical tech that I'm sure DoSAT could have a field day with, including a lightsaber that turns into a bazooka!
How do they come up with this stuff?
I'm not sure Winston would get off so lightly if attacked by a Greater Daemon, regardless of type. Isn't the usual effect clothing and armour corroding, flesh rotting away, painful death etc...?
He was trying to corrupt him. Had he succeeded, Winston probably would have come out as something similar to a Chaos Space Marine

Punching Chliever in the face when he's like that restarts his inhibitor. I mentioned that in his bio and on the wiki, but it wasn't terribly clear here.
Does it make sense? No. This is the PPC, of course it doesn't!
