I'll have a look around, see if I can work out what to do.
Plug:
I have an original world superpower universe- Mercury City Supers- that needs populating by characters and RPers to a greater extent.
It is set in the future (2025), in an alternate version of Earth (for the most part the same besides some names and superpowers existing) and I'm looking for more people who can string a sentence together properly (pretty much all of you).
Epicness is already going on, we have an IRC you can join if you have any questions, and please pretty please
I'm looking for more superpowered characters and more regular citizens to take larger positions in the various metropolitan areas (or smaller, if you want to run a danceclub or wwhatever and get to enjoy it getting smashed to bits every now and then).
There is a filtering process of a writing sample (which must be yours, if not necessarily written just for MCS) and character application, both of which must be approved and have worked fairly well so far (besides one incident). It's really easy, so c'mon, anyone interested in spilling some free time into this?
The IRC info is #MCS on irc.blitzed.org. If you don't have mIRC or Chatzilla or somesuch, Mibbit and the cgiirc connection can get you up and in it pretty easy.
(got into it thanks to BioWare games :P). I can roleplay men, women, aliens, Pokémon (want to try a Vulcan one day). But I don't even know what IRC stands for. Besides, if I have to install anything, I can't due to no private computer with internet access. *sulks* I want internet at home. Want in.
And click Chat, then enter the data July provided in her first post. IRC is Internet Relay Chat, and Mibbit has an online client that can handle that function.
But it's blocked anyway. I hate the internet for it's tormenting of me.

Duh.
Link.
Giving the place a look-over now, and it looks pretty solid, albeit small at the moment. But there's great potential.
For reference: most of the background info as well as applications forms are found on the forums. You can get a link to there from said IRC.
Due to my lack of IRC know-how, it took me a little while to track the actual site down, but I found it in the end.
I'm going to check it out, see if it's my kind of place. So far, I'm liking the looks of things.
