Although I was under the impression that non-Gallifreyan Time Lords were possible...
I kept loosing my notes on this mission, but now it is finished, I'm here to plug it: My Immortal
It's a Torchwood mission, with a rather badly chosen title. I don't know who the "my" refers to. It's either how the Sue feels about Jack, or the author about the Sue.
...I take it we're allowed to put PPC missions up at the Pit again? I'd heard they'd been forbidden.
don't tell the badficcers.
Guidelines don't explicitly say PPC fics are forbidden. One of of the things listed as not allowed is: MST: comments inserted in between the flow of a copied story.
PPC mission are usually the opposite: copied comments (quotes of the badfic) into the flow of a story.
That's probably not an argument that's going to carry much weight, so I'm probably still on ffnet by virtue of the fact that the site administrator only acts up when badly written porn with a T rating is reported. (and that badficcers generally don't know the rules anyway).
Hmmm. "Scouring a Blue Soap" doesn't quote much. It mentions the characters' names and a few of the more annoying aspects of the story, but the original piece is both "epic" and rambly enough that quoting would be more trouble than it's worth.

I only know the new series. May have to look into that.
Not sure whether the Sue actual said she was a Gallifreyan (would have to look up the fic again). I think the agents assumed it when she called herself a Time Lord. Tasmin then argued she could not be a Time Lord, because she had not received that gift from the Gallifreyans (That gift indeed leaves open the possibility for non-Gallifreyan Time Lords).
