I think the lack of replies from everyone else can safely be construed as replies in the negative. Guessing no one's familiar with any of them enough to call it either way.
Is there enough of the canon you do know mangled to make it bad?
You see, I discovered the anime series, Baccano!, a few weeks ago. Natually, I searched for fanfic, and I found this:

Problem is, this fic is also a crossover between two other series, Gunslinger Girl and Black Lagoon, which I have yet to watch (I'm still at Vision of Escaflowne, and am planning to move on to Code Geass). Therefore, I can't asses it's quality. Can you tell me if this is good?
Not quite enough, I think, but it doesn't seem quite right.
The fic also seems a bit short from my perspective. I only made it to Chap.2 before my sheer ignorance of the other two franchises stopped me on my tracks.
Anime, not my strength. I've never even heard of these (with the possible exception of Gunslinger Girl).

As I said, I was just browsing. It seems preety short, though.
The ones I can't generally get shot before I tell anyone about them. Out of every ten ideas I get, I keep one.
