Mission plug! by

Yep, that's right. After nearly two months, a good few weeks of which I didn't even want to touch it, I've finally finished my second mission for the PPC. Can't say I enjoyed having to write it, but I'm really glad to see this particular Sue dispatched.

There you go, hope you enjoy it. I should say, the mission is rather long, so please be sure you have a good chunk of free time before reading it. Now, for the warnings: The mission in question contains violence, including a rather detailed description of a fight that occurs later on, blood from both Agents and Sues, and instances of adult language. However, I've taken pains to make sure it remains work safe. The warning is repeated in the disclaimer, almost verbatim.
Now, on to more fun things. One of the four hammerspace knives has been reserved by Cassie Cameron-Young, but if you wish to obtain one, just request such here and say which of your Agents you would like to have buy the weapon. Keep in mind that Big Murphy, the character to whom the knives are pawned, will not sell them cheaply, but other than that there's pretty much no strings attached. Just be sure you've actually read how the knives are described in the mission to help with using them and such, though that's more advice than anything.
Now, on to minis. I acquired five mini-P.A.s over the course of the mission, would anybody like to adopt one? -

An old thread like this is the best way to make relatively private contact.
I was wondering if I could do some more detail with Big Murphy and Small Murphy-- I thought I should ask you first since you created them, but seeing as how they're nothing but names at the moment I'd love to give them some flesh. -
I've added you on Gtalk and put contact info on my article. by

I actually have several things planned out for those two, including their identities, appearances, and general personalities, but I would love to work with you on whatever ideas you have. They also appear in the Memorial RP on the other Board.

Agent Kierra is more than a bit knife-obsessed and she wants one of those hammerspace knives. *backs away from the crazy, console killing agent*

I really like the introductory part. The rest of the mission seemed pretty good, too.
Deryn's one for knives, so if I could reserve one for her, that'd be great. Not sure she's got anything in possession at the moment, but… there should be sometime. I think. -
Thank you, I'll note it. (nm) by

I presume the knives are lightweight despite their size... by

Sue weaponry tends to be.
If so, I'd like to have Agent Fritz buy one of them-- at his size, it'd be more of a mid-size sword than a knife, but still quite usable. -
Yep, they're extremely light for their size. by

It's actually pointed out in the mission that Marcus is put off by just how light the weapon is, compared to its size and how easily it cuts. Thanks for your interest, I'll list Agent Fritz in the known owners section of the new article for the weapons.

I must have really been tired last night-- that should have read Silas instead of Fritz (Fritz already has a preferred weapon). Still, they're both part of the same agent pair, so it's not that big of a difference.
Regardless, I'll change that, if you don't mind. -

Did you get that I want to reserve a hammerspace knife for Kierra once I get her and Nocia all typed up and on my livejournal?

Also, that may have been the longest charge list I've ever seen.

KGarrett did get incredibly irate while writing this mission. I should know, I betaed it for him. :P
As for charge lists, there were about fifty charges there altogether, not including the four "interrupting a PPC Agent" ones. There have been longer, I'll say now. The longest one I know of was actually one of mine - about 110, in the end. -

Well, I suppose it just seemed longer because of the interruptions and because he was so erudite with the charges. It's obvious he's passionate about M*A*S*H, which I wholly approve. While the show was a bit before my time, I've loved all the episodes I've been able to see.

While I don't know anything about the canon, the fic still sounds pretty bad. Also, the vending machine with the HK-47-like behavioral patterns is quite an interesting character. Does its programming, by any chance, include all of HK's highly advanced assassination protocols?

I based SAVM's speech patterns and some of his mannerisms off of HK-47.
