The battle rages on the Pit and mostly DeviantArt, between my allies and a a sixteen-year-old who acts like a textbook fanbrat in the Happy Tree Friends fandom.

A raging Nutty fangirl and supporter of the Nutty/Flaky pairing, she hates the character of Flippy on the grounds that he has a lot of fangirls and (adopting a whiny tone) he's meeeaaaan. (dropping whiny tone) She bashes Flippy constantly, as well as anyone who likes Flippy or supports any pairing involving Flippy. If anyone calls her a bad name or criticizes her, she responds with either a) a comment that is nothing but sobbing emoticons, b) a lame, whiny protest, or c) a plea to her posse to make hateart involving whoever insulted/criticized her. She also created a Nutty/Flaky lovechild, who pees on the floor constantly (for whatever reason) and is never reprimanded for or discouraged from it.

She's a menace, I tell you. Anyway, I was just wondering about PPC policies on the authors themselves. Is there a department that deals with them in person? Just curious.

I don:t want to diswade you from this flame war. When I first entred the ranks (7 years ago) we only targeted stories, never the authors themselves.

But I have had a bit too much to drink tonight (yay sake!).

You don't need our yay or nay for that. Go forth and bitch at her, and give her hell.

We're probably technically not meant to pick on specific authors. Or not too much. It looks like singling them out and being harsh unnecessarily. By all means, be harsh, as much as you like. Just don't make the fact that you're being harsh too visible to its recipient.

Of course, refusing to answer concrit is why we spork in the first place. Give the girl a clap about the shoulder, in a friendly way, to express your thanks that she keeps us all in a job?

We've had problems in the past because people claimed the PPC was persecuting them directly. By all means do whatever you want -- we're not the Thought Police -- but it would be nice if you did not claim to be acting on behalf of the PPC. Like I say, it's happened before, and really wasn't worth it.

For sake of the rest of us, I think it'd be wise if you didn't use PPCing her work as part of your flame war. There's just too much chance of her taking insult from the entire idea and lashing out at all of us. If you could keep us completely seperate, I'd appreciate it.
