It was decided a while back that we wouldn't spork RPF any more, mostly because it is rather difficult to know if certain actions would be in character for our beloved actors/ writers/ etc. I don't recall exactly when the decision was made, but I think it would've been arould 2010-ish.When I joined in 2008 one of my Agents was in RPF work, and Trojie and Pads were producing quite a few RPF missions themselves.

I don't exactly recall this, either, but in addition to what Cassie said, I think real people go in the same category as quarantined continua and religious texts: since it's not a good idea to write fanfic of it in the first place, it's equally not a good idea to write a mission involving it, since a mission itself is a kind of fanfic (albeit very meta).
If anyone feels like being a historian and finding out for sure, it should be possible to use the Board's search bar to do some investigation. Anything posted during most of 2008 and onward can still be found. I think it only displays so many results at a time, though, so you have to pick your search terms carefully.

...and as far as I can figure, the PPC no longer sporks RPF, at least according to the Real World page. (It's mentioned under Missions in this Continuum.)

The Wiki does indeed say the PPC no longer handles RPFs, although I don't remember hearing about it before. Can anyone who's been around longer than me shed some light on the situation?
