Not exactly clear how they're planning to do it, but apparently they're trying to make crossovers file properly. *shrug*

Anyone have a clue what it is?
The background: FF.N's been doing site upgrades, little things like upgrading the document manager and so forth, but on their list they also had the following:
The most requested feature will finally make its debut. Stay tuned. Eta: Wednesday, March 25.
This has been amended thus -
The new feature unveiling is now rescheduled for Friday, March 27th.
- and I'm trying to figure out what they could possibly be making such a big deal out of. What would be most requested on a website mostly popular with fourteen-year-olds?
This is random and pointless, I suppose, but I'm curious and in typical fashion, unwilling to wait patiently to find out. It might very well be a disappointment, but I'm throwing the question out anyway.
Any ideas?

... that just like any other fanfic, crossovers can be both good and bad, right?
hS
:P
It just means that there'll be a lot more crossovers for a while, I think.
But still, crossover fics are like time travel fics and trapped-in-another-world fics: their chance of suckage is considerably higher than for other fics.
For example, fandoms like Kingdom Hearts and Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles are practically on their hands and knees begging for crossovers. They have as much chance as being good fic than any other type.
Well, it appears we have our work cut out for us.
As if there weren't enough of the damned things already...
Of the fanfics that have recieved the most reviews.
May be not the top 1000, but some kind of big number.
Preferably one like on amazon, except after the one star there's a "troll", and after the "troll", there's a "mary-sue".
I know I'd like that.
And now I think about it, a five star rating system would be quite good. And fun. But mostly good.
I know! Maybe they'll finally add the feature that gives us the ability to delete signed/verified reviews! I signed a petition for that after a severe troll attack.
the "JA I AM MADE OF DUR BUTTER AND YOU ARE WORTH 2K MONIES" guy who also spammed the Redwall archives with neo-Nazi messages? In that case, I also signed that petition, and I hope it worked.
*curls up into a fetal position and whimpers* Yiff in hell furfags... developers developers developers developers... goose... goose... GOOSE...
Actually, sympathy never works.
2k monies...oh...aargh...ksjdfp[w09''...heretic, mutant, traitor to the cause!...wombat...nooooooooo!
At least the administrator of the petition sent in the request for deletion of signed reviews each month.
Personally, I think the new feature is going to be something I think no one in their right mind would have ever requested. (Such as all kinds of layout features that are going to make text less readable).
