is that This Time Round (Dr Who pub outside continuity and bizzare place)HAS a character called Sailor Gallifrey who is sharing bodies with an author avatar and is (in my opinion) a goodfic character.
Sue meets Doctor. Sue travels with Doctor. Sue turns out to be the Doctor's daughter. Your average cliches, nothing special.
Then Sue turns into Sailor Gallifrey.
