I know we have DOOCH, but is there a department for just OOC? Or it is merged with something else? I want to stick my Agent there.

... we often don't stick to them. You saw that last Wicked mission; there were no Mary Sues, but Agent Sedri took it on anyway, since there are apparently very few people doing the Wicked continuumn. Trojie's in the Bad Slash department, but I hauled her in anyway.
Best advice I have is not to bind your Agent(s) to such a small area. Be a Floater for a while and see what you like best. :) -

Why restrict yourself to one kind of fic in one fandom when you can do any fics from any fandom? It really is a lot more fun.

It'd be a bit pointless to have a department for OOC, since Out of Character is a charge that crops up in most badfics.
