Every time I've gone here - http://ppc.wikia.com/wiki/PPC_Wiki - for the last DAY it's told me:

Our upstream ISP is having issues, we are working to restore service now
But other wikias - like the Harry Potter one - are working just fine. So is it just me? -

I've tried clearing my cookies cache, too. Hmph. I'll clear out the whole mess and try again tomorrow.
