Might I suggest linking your missions to your Agents' wiki pages? Sara's page claims that there are no missions in existence for them.

We of the Department of Fictional Psychology congratulate Agents Sara Knight and Zach Homewood on the completion of a successful mission. However, we are concerned with some of the particulars of said mission. We would like it to be known that any use of the "snaperrifle" in any capacity other than the strictly professional will result in the offending party being banned from all Bleeprin supplies. Looks good! Loved the Snaperrifle, it had me laughing hard enough that my roomie came and checked on me.
