- Is it just LotR that the PPC deals with here? Because I've found a few killworthy Sue/Stu fics in the Spyro the Dragon department. And FFX. Hell, even Spongebob!
Incidentally, I've already PPC'd a Spyro fic. Fortunately, it was in the Newverse, in the Dragon Temple. Where else can you turn a blue dragon into a living yo-yo?
He made a rather large splash, too.
2. What's a mindflayer?
3. How many departments are there in the PPC?
4. Who/what is the head of the MST department, if there is one?
5. What are the more useful properties of the following materials:
Dragon scales
Dragon hide (with scales attached)
Dragon horns
Dragon blood
Fairy wings (no, I'm not kidding)

Permission is not yet granted. by

I'll leave my actual comments in reply to the story itself. Suffice to say that there are some bugs to be worked out. Don't give up, though. Not knowing about Permission isn't a crime. Ignoring it now that you do would be, though.
~Neshomeh, off to comment. -

I think your questions have been answered, but I have one for you: have you been on the Board before? I ask because we prefer (by which I politely mean "insist") that people have Official Permission before they start writing PPC stories, and I don't recognize your username.
Either way, do you have the Spyro PPC posted? I'd like to see it. {= )

No, I didn't know we needed permission. And no, I haven't quite finished. It was too short with just one, so I'm putting a couple more in.
Tell me, have you ever seen Spyro/Cynder romance and eventual you-know-what written by a nine year old girl? -
Well, not Spyro / Cynder... by

But eventual-you-know what written by a nine year old girl? Why yes, yes we have. We even have eventual you-know-what written by pubescent girls with the mentality of a nine year old girl. I think the most famous you-know, ok, too long to post, sex scene with the above qualifications are 'He stuck his thingy in her you know what',made famous by the author of the Harry Potter fanfic, 'My Immortal'.

The Wiki article on Permission will be of use to you then.
Basically, introduce yourself, be active for a month and then make a post requesting Permission, including a link to a writing sample(s) and a brief description of your Agents. -

MSTs aren't quite the same thing as PPC works. A couple of times I think Agents've been made to MST things as punishment, but there isn't a particular department that does them, and that form of punishment hasn't appeared often.
As to five, well, it'd depend on what you were using them for, I guess. -

- Not at all! The PPC deals with pretty much any canon there's badfic for and agents willing (for a given value of 'willing') to go deal with it. *grin*
2. A mindflayer is, I believe, one of these: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Illithid
3. There's a list on the wiki: http://ppc.wikia.com/wiki/ListofDepartments
4. See above. There doesn't seem to be one, but I could be wrong about that
5. Er...depends on the continuum, I would guess,
Dragon hide seems to be a popular choice for armour, though I'm not sure if that's because it's particularly good for that, or because the wearer just went 'Oooh! Shiney!' at it (and obviously left some NPC/bit character shopkeeper snickering behind their hand that they'd managed to offload a bunch of useless merchandise at an exorbitant price).
Dragon blood I've seen as having healing properties, nbeing used in potions, conferring strength upon those who drink it, and a host of other things besides.
Fairy wings? Hmmm... Okay, you've stumped me there. I'll get back to you on that one.

In a lot of more traditional fairy tales, drinking dragon's blood gives one the ability to speak with animals. It's gross stuff, though.

Does adding stuff dilute it? Because I could mix it with, I dunno, cherry-flavoured syrup, perhaps.

Once again, depends on the continuum... by

The only book I've read that's discussed it said that mixing the blood with something else would make the effect temporary, rather than permanent. That was just that one continuum's rule, though - your mileage may vary.

Not going to be necessary for EVERY mission, so I may as well make it temporary.

Send me the FFX fics. My Agents are the (only) ones in the Video Gaming Section of the PPC, and I've been searching for a good FFX fic to PPC.

Though your Agents aren't the only ones any more. I have a pair of anthro wolves in there. Remember the yo-yo thing back in the first post? That was them.
