A properly sharp katana will go through an unarmored limb relatively easy. So will most similar swords - a cavalry saber, for example. A machete will provide similar results, but requires more effort. More classical medieval swords were designed for armor piercing, thus they have blunter edges and won't penetrate flesh as easily. They'll still do the job given enough strength.

If you're feeling a bit ludicrous, chainsaws are an option worth considering...

1. I'm no pregnancy expert, but how far along is the Pyro? That might effect the degree of the morning sickness and consequences thereof. "Go burn something" would be my answer though, whether the Sue or HQ.
