If the author doesn't want fanfic written at all, then it might be tactful not to touch it, but at the same time, can we suffer those badfics to live? It depends on how much you consider the PPC to be fanfiction in the general sense.

You could also take the point of view of HQ as a Real Place; what would the Flowers think? I mean, badfic is badfic, and ruins the canon no matter what the author's opinion. If we WERE actual agents walking around, particularly if we love those stories, I'd say there's more of an incentive to PPC them, not less.

But I doubt anyone reading our missions will see it the same way. Probably more tactful not to PPC it. I don't, however, see much of a problem with having an agent from that continuumn, so long as the Vampire features aren't their main characteristics.
