Welcome to 'adulthood'... depending on where you live, of course.
Ah, well. Here! Have a 'water' bottle (of course that's not alcohol!), an Enchanted Stapler, a Transdimensional Pocket Knife and a fish. You may eat, or name, the fish. The Stapler will not tolerate another name.
Eh; being silly. Happy birthday! -

I'd sing off-key, but it doesn't seem to have the same effect over the internet.

There *are* daemons about by

They're simply called Mary Sues and possessing spirits, and by the looks of things, most claim Slaanesh as their patron. The Daemonhammers of the Division of More Dakka have been commissioned with this in mind.
And for the record, I'm a WH40k fan, not necessarily WHF. -

(I play Battlefleet Gothic, so I suppose that makes me more of a 40k person as well. The 40k engine appeals to me more than the WHFB one, anyways.)

Then any recommendation for an Imperial Navy ship capable of bearing cyclonic torpedoes to add to the PPC for the purposes of destroying non-canon locations and planets in 40k badfic? I already spoke with Abbadon and leased three Blackstone Fortresses to destroy star systems, but sometimes more precision is required.

For sheer firepower, one really can't beat the Retribution-class Battleship - nine torpedo tubes and strength twelve port and starboard weapons batteries (and three lance turrets) provides quite a bit of punch.
In terms of effectiveness, though, I'd recommend the torpedo-carrying Dautless class light cruisers. They pack a massive torpedo barrage into a very small and inexpensive hull. They aren't exactly canonical for carrying cyclonic torpedoes and other Exterminatus weapons, but they're close. -
I'll go with the Retribution by

I think I'll need the firepower, given that most, if not all, 40k badfic takes place on non-canon weapons, and I may need to bring down non-canon warships.

For the most part, we got Sun Crushers for that by

THey propel tornadoes into the centre of star, prompting a nuclear reaction that causes the sun to go supernova, wiping narby planets in that solar system. I'm sure even Sues need sunlight, plants and their Cute Animal Friends to live.
But in the off chance they don't maybe we could use the fortresses to wipe out planets. *Rubs hands together gleefully* -
I believe policy is to use canon weapons by

When possible. Besides, Sun Crushers wouldn't last long in a 40k-verse: no protection from the Warp, let alone against a Sue!psyker playing pinball with the brains of the pilot, or any Eldar. Combined Blackstone Fortress fire detonates stars and offer handy enough protection from psyker attacks.
