Slow gin
Triple sec
Quadruple sec
gunk from a dog's eye
Absolut Pickle
the red stripe from Aquafresh toothpaste
venom from a Louisiana Lobotomor (butterfly, possibly Simpsons-verse native)

It is then stirred with a home pregnancy test until positive et voila, guaranteed loss of the last day's memories.
