So long as we're on the subject of Gatherings:
Hey, anyone going to be at Dragon*Con this year? Any PPCers want to meet up?
So long as it doesn't interfere with any particularly important panels (read: trying to get Certain Attending Authors to answer useful questions about canon + a few others) I have approximately no plans yet.
I have some friends going to Dragon*Con, but it's a little far for me to attend, not to mention really expensive. I'll be attending Fan Expo up here in the Great White North. It's a little closer to home, not to mention, I should be getting Elijah Wood's autograph sometime next weekend.
I'm sending a comic down to Dragon*Con to get Ron Glass' autograph with my friends. That means I'll only have three more signatures to get the whole Firefly cast. :D
Whoo!
But nothing's settled with the folks just yet. :/ After the FandomFest Fiasco last month, I'll have to make sure we start planning early. Long story short: we forgot it was coming up and had stuff to do that weekend.
I've not yet been to Dragon Con, so I'm excited!
