Can you reference the fairy tales at all? Perhaps a red hoody or having a villain shout "huff and puff" when trying to get through a barred door. Maybe an illustration or tattoo of a cartoon villain wolf.
"Time Lords and Terror" uses "Méchant Loup" by

That's a pony crossover fanfic, by the way. As far as I know, pony!Rose does not make an appearance. *shrug*
Also, in "The Unquiet Dead", the servant girl with the alien sight thingie gets a look at Rose's future/past/whatever and says "The things you've seen...the darkness...the big bad wolf" at the end of her spiel, so you could totally do something like that. It'd be a more subtle version; I didn't even notice she said that until they flashbacked to it in "The Parting of the Ways."

I know that Bad Wolf in Hebrew is 'זאב רע', "ze'ev ra'".

The scientific name for wolves is Canis lupus, so you could either make a name that looks like a subspecies (Canis lupus malus) or a full new species (Canis malus).
What else . . . Spanish would be, "lobo malo," I think. Or maybe "mal lobo?" I forget the rules for "malo" vs. "mal" usage.
Hey, pig latin! Adbay olfway! Huh? Huh? >>
And how about the Middle-earth version? Bad warg? <>
