I do seem to have a bad habit of being hard to get rid of.
Hallo, all.
Can't say I'll be a frequent poster again- I hardly recognize most of you!- but I'm going to likely be visible at least sometimes.
For those of you who have no idea who I am:
Hi, I'm July, I'm an oldbie (but not quite as an oldie as some) I accidentally things as a force of habit, and I also have a fair large spinoff of my own (sitting in the attic waiting to be fully edited and put up again on a website).
I am old, slightly crotchety, and prone to hitting things with sticks, since I am no longer allowed to bite. (I can't remember who said to stop biting, but I think they're still around and you can thus thank them.)
So, how's tricks? -

I moved out of my parents' house into my own condo, and I'm still not a zookeeper . . .
And lately, ekyl and I have been reading through the old PPC LiveJournals and trying to flesh out the articles on some of the older characters! Which is pretty fun, but also gets kind of insane sometimes. They were pretty loose with what happened back then. (Did you know Talia and Black's kid got married to Teena's author? '~' )

It's been pretty normal here on the Board:somelots of newbies, a few new stories, Agent Gall and her dragon are having their names changed, I animated an episode of my (Un)Intelligence spinoff, and Desdendelle is still handing out killer tea leaves to everyone.
If I recall correctly, your last visit was in March and you were joining the Navy or summat. How did it go? -

Oooh, I'm going to have to check that out when I have the chance and some solid internet to use.
And yes, you're correct; I joined up and successfully survived boot camp and the resultant sleep deprivation!
It turns out that while I thought Agent July just a caricature and exaggeration it's unfortunately (or perhaps hilariously?) rather on the mark when I've survived on roughly four hours of sleep a night for weeks and/or have had no sleep for thirty plus hours. Funny how things work!
