As other Boarders pointed out in your previous request, "reading some threads" here is nowhere near enough. You have to post too, discuss in the threads, and even make one yourself if you have something interesting to discuss. (Or even something random. We encourage both serious and silly conversations here. It's even in our Constitution!) The "one month" rule is basically there to let the wide-eyed newbyes to get themselves known.

I don't want to be rude, but before giving you Permission, we need to know who you are. If you don't partecipate on the board, how are we supposed to get to know you, and so trust you with Permission?
