See I need some sort of superpower that would fit the Hetalia charcter Taiwan. The wiki describes her as very girly, but unafaided to speak her mind, and can be quite stubborn when she puts her mind to something. I'm also giving her a tendency to rush into things. Mei has also be drawn in flowing skirts and long sleeves so do keep that in mind.

The first two that come to my mind from the description are wind and super speed. Do some characters have those already?

Maybe she can manipulate cloth like Uzume from Sekirei.
Maybe she can make her nails long and sharp.
Maybe her sleeves serve as some type of hammer space.
If you don't have elemental powers covered, maybe she can manipulate wind.
