Since we do spork fics that copypasta entire canon scenes, I don't think that sporking AARs would be too much of a problem.

That's right, I'm back! College is out for the summer and the chip designers I'm supposed to be working for don't seem to be able to get their act together enough to actually assign me any projects, so it's PPC all the way!
I found these on the forums of a fairly old TBS I like to play. They're essentially tactical overviews of game runs with various difficulties and initial conditions, but some people also add a narrative to them, making them basically fanfics of the game:

Why I'm bringing them up here (other than that they're interesting and I sort of recommend reading the better ones even if you're not familiar with the GC games) is that there seem to be relatively few of truly poor quality. I wonder if that's simply because the people who write them are smart enough to play (and win) TBSs, or if it's because the plot is partially written by game mechanics and not Suethors, or because there's just few of these in general, or some other reason.
I suppose it would be possible to make missions from the bad ones, but (if one wanted to) one could raise difficult questions about PPCing a "dramatizeation of canonical events"...
Most of them are epic alternate timelines of worlds. From japan, to Rome, to Medieval Europe, and thanks to mods, even Middle earth have their stories.
But i provide you with one comedic example. Behold, the Cuman Cake Confederacy!

If it's a badly done dramatization, I see no problem with sporking it. (You could get a few quick laughs with the agents complaining about unoriginal plots, too. Maybe.)
