I’ve been toying with this idea for some time and I just wanted to give it a spin to see where it will take us. I believe that Sergio Turbo and Huinesoron suggested doing agent mailboxes a while ago during the closing ceremonies of the 2012 badfic game so full credit goes to them for thinking this up.
The concept is pretty simple: we just send questions to an agent’s inbox and watch their author them answer. Queries can range from what they think about their partner to their tastes or funny anecdotes to where they like to eat lunch. Naturally, having agents take questions from the PPC Board makes this AU material.
I was thinking the format could be something like this:
This post
*Agent X's mailbox (nm)
>Question
>>Agent's answer
>Question
>>Agent's answer
*Agent Y's mailbox (nm)
>Question
>>Agent's answer
>Question
>>Agent's answer
etc...
Any takers? I don't want to start this right now just in case this needs to be tweaked or moved to the Other Board or something...
This should DEFINITELY be interesting. Cookie, anyone?
...I think I might be starting to see why Karen and I really get along so well...

I think it would be interesting. I'll be pretty busy soon enough, but I think it could be interesting.
Sure. Sign me up.
...when I have internet, anyway (seriously, you go on a three-day trip, you miss everything), but no one really knows my agents yet. Well, Karen knows one of them, but that's another story. I don't think that would mean I can't play, but I am wondering if anyone would even really ask questions...?

When does it start?
It looks like a fun thing, plus it'll probably help me further characterise my Agents. I'm in.
I might have to break out the D&D Character Questionnaire I've had sitting around for ages. There are 100+ questions (I'm guessing, since they aren't numbered), and most of them can apply to any fictional character.
~Neshomeh
I read the 100 questions thing they made for Madoka Magica (with the title character answering it), and I wanted to do such a thing since then.
(I couldn't re-use that one's questions because they were made for a Japanese middle schooler, and so too many questions don't apply to my Agents).
...if anyone wants to ask Agent Tanya Verde anything, she's open. It'll give me some good practice with her character (I mean, she's my self-insert, but she's me in a different scenario with a traumatic backstory.) You can find her bio here.
I don't think I'd have any questions, though...
I also suspect that it might be easier to have a layout more like this:
Top post
>BoarderName1's Agents' Mailbox (nm)
>>Question(s) for BN1's Agent1
>>>Answer(s) to the above
>>Question(s) for BN1's Agent2 and Agent3
>>>Answer(s) to the above
>>Another question for BN1's Agent1
>>>Answer to the above
Etc etc. It would save people like, well, me having to post twenty+ mailboxes only to have no one ask anything to them... the mailbox itself could even list the names of BN1's agents, instead of being a (nm).

Of course, you can't expect good answers from certain up-tight people I write for... ^_~
~Neshomeh
I believe you made that distinction on said agent's wiki page. I'm sure his answers will be awesome.
You should make this happen.
Yeah, I'm down, though Marvin and Printworthy so far have had no missions. I need to get onto that... Anyway, yeah, sure, I think it would be fun. The format looks fine, and I'm always up for a little roleplay.
This looks like it would be lots of fun! Unfortunately, I don't have any published Agents to take part in it...
I guess I'll have to just submit questions, then! Will we have to send those to the agent's writer personally, or just post it on the Board in a designated topic and hope that they get to it?
The Other Board being here: http://disc.yourwebapps.com/Indices/241484.html
I'm happy to let my agents in for this!
