Truth! Justice! Reasonably-priced love! And a hard-boiled egg!
This is the first place I've ever lived where lilacs were still blooming on the 25th of May.
Have a Glorious 25th of May (when it comes to your time zone) and celebrate Geek Pride day (combining the date of Star Wars Episode IV's release, Towel Day from HHG2G and of course the establishment of the Peoples Republic of Treacle Mine Road from Discworld).
There may not be lilac here but it's a beautiful sunny day, and I do have a towel!

But happy 25 y'all! I prepared for the preparation of the preparing of the preparer of Geek Pride day, and I pulled it off! Had a wicked party!
I didn't have a lilac towel, so I wore a purple one like a cape! :3

I've seen this post year after year, and I'm curious: what is that saying you always title the post with? Song lyrics?

It won't be the 25th here for another three and a half hours, but oh well. I think there might actually still be lilacs this year! I must remember to grab a sprig or two.
My towel is, of course, on its hook in the bathroom.
