Someone needs to actually pummel down naga eyes.
I mean, a report of a suncrusher blasting it isnt enough, WE NEED A MISSION!
Well, I could be misremembering something there.
All they said was "All thats known is that agent *forgot name* bombarded voreland until it was fused glass."
I just want a real mission on it.
Since that character hasn't been around since 2009, the mission would either need to be set that far in the past or slightly retcon Tadkeeta's history. Either way might work though, since working in the past might be fun, and blowing up the Naga Eyes world wouldn't be the only time Tadkeeta got to torch a bleepfic, so it wouldn't be depriving her of the experience. If we do retcon Tadkeeta out of the event, there should still be someone torching the place, because just from the badfic's summary on the wiki, I can tell we would not want to take chances with it.
Just to be clear here, it would not be acceptable to retcon someone else's character's backstory without the author's permission. And Official Permission, for that matter.

I checked over Tawaki's stories after sending that that post, and it never actually says in any capacity that Tadkeeta torched the Naga Eyes world. Not even a passing reference. It seems to be something that was just added onto the wiki, to use a phrase, apropos of nothing. Would it even be retconning in that case if the events never actually occurred in-continuity? I'm not being rhetorical there; that was a legitimate question. The section about pounding "voreland" into glass was there since the page was created, but it wasn't based on anything that happened in any story and has never been referenced before or since, so would it have actually happened?
As for the official Permission bit, it wouldn't be me doing the retconning anyway. I usually prefer working around existing events rather than reshaping them to fit what I was trying to do, because reshaping past events just seems like it's being rude both to the events and the people who wrote those events. Plus, missions set in the past would be fun.
Looking at doctorlit's link, all the mission says is:
There was a fire that burned a part of the story clean off.
The wiki article is overstating things, IMO.
The original introduction of the Sun Crushers took place in a Multiverse Monitor article, so I'd start looking there for more information. Failing that, it's possible it was mentioned in someone else's spinoff, or a Board discussion, or something. I guess you can't retcon things that never actually happened, but in this case I don't think we should be convinced that it didn't without a good bit more digging. And even then, there's always a chance that what you're looking for is hiding someplace you didn't think of.
I feel the same as you, that mucking about with past events would be rude to the people who had a part in shaping them in the first place. That's why I felt like I needed to speak up about getting permission, both the individual and official kinds, because you didn't mention it and you were talking to a new person who otherwise might not know they would need to do that.

It was way, way back when I still pretty new. It was very short, and barely quoted any of the badfic (it was mostly porn, after all). A lot of people commented that it was too short, and didn't really show why "Naga Eyes" broke canon, and I seem to recall the author took it down not long afterwards.
. . . Weird the things our brain decides to store, isn't it?
Anyway, I can't seem to find the mission's post by searching the Board, although I did find the post that caused the mission to be: http://disc.yourwebapps.com/discussion.cgi?disc=199610;article=195853;title=PPC%20Posting%20Board
Welp. I don't even remember terrofen. >.> Their LJ is still up, though . . . Ah ha! I was wrong!
Ladies and gentlemen, I present the temporarily lost-to-time Naga Eyes mission:
Not Safe For Work, Not Safe For Brain

Yay! I accomplished something!
