To clarify, I found this site though my Writ. Comm. class in college.

It basically helps out with grammar and other things like writing, its really useful by helping you out with correcting run-on sentences and how to properly punctuate (just to say some exercises tend to go by the proper way of spelling not it-sounds-good spelling).

When going onto one of the exercises it gives you this little naming thing, just put what ever name you want and you don't have to bother with anything else on that page. Also, this the grammar exercises page.
