Its about claimed and unclaimed bad fics.

Me and my sis have this one fic we want to do as our first missions, its called "woof woof power" and i'm just wondering since its not on the unclaimed badfics lists, do I have to post it first on the unclaimed list wait a while and then claim it or can I claim it right now?

I just want to have this question answered before I accidentally do something stupid.

Yes, you can claim a fic right now. Just note that it's pending Permission when you do.
Also, please pay attention to your SPaG - your post has some errors in it, and we would be hypocrites if we'd criticise bad SPaG while our own SPaG wasn't all-right, wouldn't we?
