Thanks to everyone who answered and helped me out, because of what was told to me I changed my Nuzlocke idea a little.
I’ll admit that as of now they are not THAT different but I think I changed them enough that I think that it can now work with in the PPC. Even with these changes it still can’t work then I guess I’ll have to scrap the whole idea, fully this time, and just stick with having my poke girl have a pokemon training back story.
Changes:
1. I’m changing the Homestuck male, non-gt (god tier) cherub to a Homestuck male, gt human.
Reasons: well really it has to do with the fact that the PPC doesn’t hand out portal consoles like candy, so how would one fix this problem in the Nuzlocke I’m planning?
Simple, after looking at some god tier descriptions and powers (and my own head-canons on how some would work) I got the idea to turn my cherub character into a human (the reason for that being, since the scope of this project is already as big as it is I decided that I should just stick to human characters).
The boy in question is named Dean, and he is a Rogue of Space which means he is ‘one who steals from space for the benefit of his teammates’ so he steals velocity, density, and mass from objects as well as space itself.
So I thought that the stealing from space part could work like this: while thinking of a place, he takes his hands and forms a green dot in the air; he then puts his hand into the dot and starts forming a portal with the image in his head on the other side (basically ‘stealing’ the space between the two spaces for his teammates).
Upsides: Don’t need portal consoles that often. (See downsides for why it’s “that often”)
The portal will only close after he fully exits. (See downsides for another possible way)
As long as he remembers/knows what the place looks like, he can portal there.
Downsides: The portal stays stable as long as he is concentrating on the portal, if his attention is diverted for at least minute the portal will instantly close.
He needs to know what the location he is opening a portal too looks like first. (A decent description can work too; as long as he knows what continuum he is opening a portal too)
Unlike the console portals, his can be easily noticed by others. (if there are other people on the other side of the portal they can see it and see the people coming out of it)
I’m not going to talk about my ideas anymore, until after I talk to my sis about everything that everyone has told me and after we talk I’ll post what we have decided to do.
Sorry if I look like I’m beating a dead horse but I really, really wanted to do this idea so I just wait to try and do everything I can to make this idea a reality and so I really don’t to give up early on it. :)
