We don't have to report every single badfic in the Board, you know. Some of them just go straight to the Unclaimed Badfic page.

Okay, I've been using Twitter a lot (as @kittyeden1) and I thought of an idea.
Instead of flooding the Board with badfic reports, we could tweet them, and tag them specifically with a special tag. I'm thinking #ppcalert .
I'm @MondosHair, sounds great!
Not everyone here has Twitter (like me. You won't find me on any social network.) or wants to use it for PPC purposes.

not everyone checks the Unclaimed Badfic page to see if new fics have been posted there. Also posting them here gives everyone a chance to see how bad the badfics really are (and in some cases, whether those 'fics actually qualify as badfics in the first place).
I don't Tweet either, but Twitter could be used as a supplement to the Board and Unclaimed Badfic lists. That way the Board isn't quite so swamped with reports. Those who use Twitter can moderate the reports made through Twitter and those who prefer the Board can focus on those made on the Board.
It's a tool that can track when a tag is used. So if we used #PPCalert, a tweet might go like:
#PPCalert trollfic in Harry Potter, Becoming Female by venusgod
And then include a link.
If we use a website called Twubs, www.twubs.com/PPCalert/ will always have a list of badfics that we can then discuss via Private Tweets.
www.twubs.com/PPCalert/embed/ can also embed the feed into a webpage, so we can put it on the Wiki and/or personal blog.
Maybe it should be taken up with the Powers-that-Be,
