We can't see the Pyros' faces, after all.
But then, the question becomes . . . is he the red Pyro, or the blue Pyro? And who is the other team's Pyro that can match Agent Len's madness?
A while back, I was reading Agent Len's Wiki page. When I came to the end of the article, I noticed the little "But did he die?" line added for dramatic effect. Now, I don't want to sound too crazy... *adjusts tinfoil hat* ...but I actually believe that Len wasn't killed by the DES.
Instead, he fell into a 'verse where his insanity went unnoticed and even made him useful to some very... interesting people.

...only I was hesitant to publish my hypothesis due to being rather new.

There can be even than one Pyro in a single team... and all the other classes look the same as Blu or Red meaning those are cloned too.
