To all of my fellow PPCers in the States, I wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving! In this season of eating, football, and the upcoming Black Friday craziness, I hope that we all take the time to give thanks for the things we have.

I didn't have Internet access yesterday, but now I'm sitting in a coffee shop getting some work in, so here I am. {= )
Later we're venturing out to the biggest indoor mall in the country in the hopes that all the nutty tent-dwelling Black Friday people will have been and gone already. Wish us luck!

I just spent four hours in the car and came home to an incomplete thesis. :(
Roll up, roll up! Get your wargear, weapons and vehicles fresh from the 41st Millenium! We have Necron Gauss weapons, we have Tau battlesuits, we have Imperial Tactical Dreadnought Armour!
AND THAT'S NOT ALL! If you reply within 24 hours you get a second choice of equipment absolutely free! That's right, a second piece of gear absolutely free!

The Emperor Sells!
Now I'm wondering what the train of thought was that started at "Thanksgiving celebratory thread" and ended at "Pass out Warhammer-verse weaponry". Maybe I missed something contextually, but that seems like an odd leap.
Oh, well. Any excuse to swap sci-fi weaponry and/or bolster my heavy arsenal of same works for me. I'll take a few of these Gauss weapons. You never know when a holiday special is going to crop up and somebody's going to need to save Thanksgiving from some sort of food-themed supernatural menace.
that Black Friday was the link between the two.
On a related note, (you should know how it's related), did you get my e-mails?
I've had another few school projects I've been working on, in addition to the Thanksgiving-week family gatherings I've been going to, and I've not had a lot of time to respond. My posts on the Board have occurred during moments of procrastination, but I've not checked my e-mail in a few days. I should be finished with the projects by Monday, which will leave me enough time to beta your edited chapters shortly afterward.
Happy Thanksgiving! Here, have a plate of turkey and this joke, everyone!
"Black Friday should actually be called The Hunger Games. People kill each other and the winner gets a $20 crock pot."
