I know a fellow Whovian who'd by Krynoid by the pun, but really, she doesn't always leaf the room when the puns really start, and she doesn't Vervoid making them to drive a point home, so...

I'm not really sure. All I know is that some Plants are kinder to the agents, others are mean to them (*cough* the SO *cough*), but to their own kind...I'm not sure.
