I have to say, there was so little noticeable change between the original tracks and the nightcore remixes, I couldn't tell the difference until my second listen-through. A more interesting idea might have been juxtaposing some of the songs or background music from the actual cartoon, then doing a badfic-inspired fan song that related to the original song's theme. That would give a better impression of how the bleepfics twisted and perverted aspects of the original canon.

(In fact, anyone want to try that for other fandoms? Or fandom in general?)
