Specificially on her song, Burqa/Aura. I heard the song leaked on youtube, and I am rather impressed by her lyrics.

Before I start typing, let me give a rundown on the plot. It's about a guy who loves Lady Gaga somuch that he wants to marry her, and despite his family's disapproval, continues with his plan. But a religious leader he asked for advice convinces him to drop the idea, as he has no idea of who Lady Gaga really is, and what he loves is only her character onstage, not her real self.

Now, my questions.

1. How do songfics work? I read a few, but I can't make head nor tail. Are there any songfics you recommend, as reference?

2. Does this fall under Real-Person Fic? I have doubts it is so. Since she wants to be addressed as Lady Gaga whenever she's giving interviews and performances and whatnot. But then, she's just making herself a performance art when she's outside, and her true identity as Stefanie Germanotta will remain hidden from the public.

Second question is more important than the first, as I only want to write a songfic pf Lady gaga's Aura, not a stalkerfic of Stefanie Germanotta. In Malaysia, I have seen TV shows that employ a character called 'Lady Gaga' (more of a mockery of her based on her video clip in Just Dance), so as a citizen, I can almost assure you, there isn't any laws against writing Real-Person Fics. Except for politicians, even then there's never a case recorded.
