This is an Original Fiction series, and is called The Tribe.
The first book is called The Interrogation of Ashala Wolf, and immediatelly sucked me in. it's set in a dystopian world where some people are bornwith abilities. The government, once again proving themselves to be the blood-sucking cowards they are, have quaintly dubbed them 'Illegals' and try to capture as many of them as they can.
