Hello! I haven't been posting much here, just looking around at some interesting ones....
I was wondering where I could publish short stories (original) or get good editors to edit them? So far, my english teacher has edited it. However, I would like more people to edit them.
Maybe one of you guys could do it? I promise it won't be that bad (I hope). -

If you're still looking for somewhere to post original works, there's Fiction Press - a sister site to FF.net that's for original writing. I expect LiveJournal and other similar places would also be suitable.
I may also be able to do some editing for you, out of interest, what sort of genres do you write? I'm mostly into sci-fi and fantasy myself, so I'll be able to offer more input on those.
If you want to send your stuff through for me to look at, my e-mail address is samurai_ireland@hotmail.com -

I'm currently writing something like "Foundation" by Isaac Asimov, in a steampunk-like setting.

That sounds very cool, I'd definitely be up for reading something like that.
If you want to send something through for me to comment on, go ahead. -

Any type, really. One that can edit and give me suggestions on how to improve would be nice, though.

If you're just looking for critique... by

Well, anyone here could do it, we're a community of avid readers and writers, but I could see what I can do. :P I've actually been trying to get a freelance editing business started up, and I'd be glad to discuss it over e-mail or something - my address is in the link on my name.
(Don't be scared off by that though, I'd be happy to look it over for free too, practise is good. :P) -

I think I'll take your offer of doing it for free (I don't have a credit card/money/bitcoins/etc)
