I feel kinda mixed about it. I don't like Whatsisface Awesomeagent guy and Skye irks me, Maya seems interesting but rather flat, but I do like Fitzsimmons and Maria Hill here. Coulson I still like but not as much as I did in the Avengers. The story seems interesting so far, especially the Tahiti thing, and I must admit that whatsisface's rant against superheroes at the end, I kinda thought was actually supposed to be about race - I mean, in-character, not just subtext wise.

I misspelled that on purpose. I think.
Anyways, Agents of SHEILD is awesome. Joss Whedon is a great director, and master of writing snarky comments. (If you've seen Firefly, you'll know what I mean.)
Now all we'll have to do is look out for the next Marvel fanfic explosion.

Just watched it on 4od (cos i'm a Brit). It's good, and I liked most of it. But there were some points that just irked me, probably cos I've watched so many similar shows where they always find a third way to do it, it'd almost be nice if they didn't manage to do it sometimes cos after all Marvel isn't always a happy comic universe (look at the X-men and X-men vs Avengers stuff)
I was pleasantly surprised. by

I thought it was going to go the way of the Sarah Connor Chronicles and just suck royally, but I kinda like it so far.
They also commercial-teased me with a Thor 2 movie on the horizon, to which I say ABOUT TIME!
For anyone who missed the episode, I found a copy online. by

Personally, while I wasn't blown away, and was a bit disappointed about the true identity of the mysterious superhuman from the trailers(don't worry, there'll be no spoilers from me today), I really liked the episode itself, and it certainly did its job as a pilot. I got more character definition for most of the main cast out of one episode than I see in a full season for a lot of other shows, and I think it's set itself up to go plenty of places from where it is now, especially since it has all of Marvel's concepts and characters to draw from for future story ideas.
Case in point, apparently Franklin Hall, a.k.a. the guy who becomes Graviton, is going to show up in a few episodes. If he gets his powers before the season finale, things are going to get fun.

The character interaction was interesting, and the boss--talk about a master manipulator! He knew what made everyone tick.
The storyline, so far, is compelling, and I can't wait to see how this ends up.

Not much else to say on that actually. I personally enjoyed the continuation of the cinematic universe, and while there was nothing brilliant about it, there was nothing to hate either. I will be sure to watch more of it later, though not necessarily when it airs.
In other words, it's...nice.
